We ship from beautiful Oregon, USA, five to six days a week using USPS, UPS, and DHL.

• Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
• If a package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost plus the new shipping fee before we can resend it.
• Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays beyond their estimated times. We’re not responsible for late deliveries once the package leaves our hands.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of the packaging and the item right away. This helps us file a claim with the carrier. We’re happy to assist you with the process.

Insurance We add insurance to anything worth over $100, and will be included in shipping cost. This can help with refunds or replacements if the carrier loses or damages your package.
